Keep What We Fix Fixed
A penetration test is a snapshot. Ongoing vulnerability scanning, hardening and security support keep you secure between tests.
Overview
New vulnerabilities are published every week, systems drift out of their secure configuration, and new features introduce new risk. A single test cannot cover that. Our managed security service gives you a regular, verified view of your exposure and a named security contact to help you act on it. It is security work only - this is not general IT support, helpdesk or hardware. Where we also test your environment, we agree up front how the managed work and independent testing are kept separate.
What We Cover
Recurring Vulnerability Scanning
Scheduled scans of your external attack surface and in-scope systems, with every finding manually verified to remove false positives.
Patch & Configuration Hardening
Practical guidance and hands-on help to keep systems patched and securely configured, aligned to Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus.
Endpoint Protection & Monitoring
Selecting, deploying and tuning endpoint protection, and acting on what it finds.
Security Support Retainer
A named contact for security advice, customer security questionnaires, incident questions and remediation help.
Retesting
Fixes are verified, so a finding is only closed once it has been confirmed closed.
Key Considerations
| Area | Impact |
|---|---|
| Security checked once a year | Regular scans catch new exposure within weeks, not months |
| Scanner output nobody has time to triage | Verified, prioritised findings with a clear next step |
| Nobody to ask about a security question | A named security contact on a retainer |
| Fixes that quietly regress | Each cycle confirms earlier fixes still hold |
Example Engagement
A typical arrangement starts after a penetration test or vulnerability assessment. We agree a cadence - for example quarterly scans with manual verification - plus an agreed amount of support time each month. Each cycle you receive a short report of what is new, what has been fixed and what to do next, and we retest the fixes.
What You Get
Cycle Report
A short, plain-English summary of new findings, fixed issues and priorities.
Verified Findings
Technical detail and evidence for your team to act on.
Hardening Recommendations
Specific configuration and patching actions.
Retest Results
Confirmation that fixes have worked.
